The performance package 1 was originally developed for the X-BOW R. It includes an engine lowering, a revised drivetrain mounting and a catalytic converter with a different geometry. The engine lowering of 19mm lowers the center of gravity. Additionally the torque stay is braced onto the monocoque. This reduces the engine movement and leads to an overall improved handling and throttle response whether the car is accel- or deccelerating. The changed geometry requires the new catalytic converter. Fits all models. The installion by the service partner is recommended.
